    Anritsu 37247D Network Analyzer
    The 37000D series Lightning series microwave/millimeter wave vector network analyzer integrates various high-performance test functions to meet the growing test requirements from the defense, aerospace/aerospace, broadband communications, and optoelectronic device markets. The technology and actual performance used in the Lightning series are advanced today. In addition to fast and accurate S-parameter measurement, it also supports many higher-level measurements, including: time domain, gain compression, harmonics, intermodulation, Frequency conversion device measurement, multi-port measurement, and optical/electrical and electrical/optical device measurement. Such a comprehensive measurement system can cover 20GHz, 40GHz, and 67GHz frequency bands, and the corresponding product models are 37x47D, 37x69D and 37x97D, respectively.

    For measurement requirements above 67GHz, the ME7808C broadband VNA test system based on Lightning is the solution. The award-winning ME7808C broadband VNA test system supports fast continuous scanning from 40MHz to 110GHz. Such a wide single-scan frequency coverage makes the ME7808C very suitable for on-wafer testing and device modeling applications. In addition, ME7808C can also be configured as a millimeter wave measurement system. The millimeter wave measurement system is an economical version of a broadband measurement system that can cover V, E, and W frequency bands in sections, and the extended frequency band can reach 500 GHz. The ME7808C measurement system needs to use an external frequency extension module. Many manufacturers around the world can provide such a module.     In order to more effectively support the measurement of multi-port devices, the Lightning series can also test systems with 4 ports, 8 ports or 12 ports. Multi-port expansion requires external test sockets, port expansion modules, and multi-port calibration software. In addition, the multi-port expansion also supports on-wafer measurement (need to purchase a probe station separately).

    The 37300D series has all the features of the Lightning series. It is an ideal instrument for testing passive and active devices. The standard configuration includes step attenuator, internal bias seat, gain compression function and ultra-wide frequency range. Simply add a broadband test socket, two synthetic sources and the desired millimeter wave module, and any 37300D can be configured as an ME7808C millimeter wave VNA.

    The 37200D series is an economical dual-port vector network analyzer, which is specially designed for passive device testing. It eliminates the need for devices that are only required for testing active devices.
