Tektronix TDS3000C Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope
With a bandwidth of up to 500 MHz and a sampling rate of 5 GS/s, the TDS3000C oscilloscope series provides the performance required to visually display fast-changing signals in a compact battery-powered design. The TDS3000C series has dedicated front panel controls and 25 automatic measurements. It is very convenient to use, so you don‘t need too much time to learn how to operate the oscilloscope, and more time is spent on the work at hand.
